1.    Is there a price list?
As the requirement of each client may differ, we could not provide a price list temporarily. We would preliminary learn the goal of clients before any progression of quotation.

2.    What information is necessary to be provided for a quotation?
The documents of identity verification of clients and contact persons are necessary to be submitted, namely business card, website or business registration certificates. Regarding to service-related detail requested by clients, it could be negotiated after the identity verification of both parties (for clients and QuiAtion). 3.    Is the purchase of original files included in the price?
QuiAtion is entitled to copyright with effect from the initiation of our conceptual work. All original files are belonged to the elementary product therefore they are not included in general quotations. Clients could propose the request of purchase according to the need and budget.

 

4.    Do you have an approximate minimum charge?
It is difficult to make a generalization for the charge considering that the requirement of clients and the project plan may vary. Clients are welcomed to fill in our quotation enquiry form. We will get back to you as soon as we could.

5.    To what extent would you accept in your creation?
To the extent as the law allows, not involved in any crisis of civil or criminal litigation, we would cooperate with the requirement to the best of our ability.

7.    Does your product include the post-promotion?
In general, we do not have post-promotion service. The product would only be published and posted on our website and social-network channel. Clients who are interested, and have sufficient budget, we are delighted to have a greater discussion in regard to the matter of promotion.

8.    Can the original files of shooting or recording be taken back?
QuiAtion is entitled to copyright with effect from the initiation of our conceptual work. All original files are belonged to the elementary product therefore they are not included in general quotations. Clients could propose the request of purchase according to the need and budget.

9.    What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cheques and cash payment. (Mailing cash is against the law. Please do not mail any form of cash, including change, to us.)

10.    Do you accept credit card payment?
We do not accept credit card payment.

11.    Copyrights belong to clients or service provider?
Except the original files, all products generated within the progress are treated as “Work of joint authorship”. There could be multiple copyright owners other than clients and QuiAtion, for example, music provider, materials producer, oversea portrait rights of interviewees.
For copyright of the original files, it innately generates starting from the initiation of our conceptual work. All original files are belonged to the elementary product therefore QuiAtion is fully entitled to copyright of the original files.

12.    What should clients do to avoid derogating or violating any copyright?
For shooting or recording, QuiAtion is not entitled to interfere the arrangement details and participants of events organized by clients. For the audio and video involved in the aforesaid events, such as photos, sound recording, videos, etc., clients should obtain formal prior consent and the right of broadcast from the participants and/or relevant parties.
For post-production, clients should follow the rules and regulations set by the copyright owners or directly purchase the full copyright, if there is any use of non-client or non-QuiAtion materials.
