Step 1. Clients could fill in our Quotation Enquiry Form or contact us by phone.

Step 2. The tentative conception of both parties is understood and a consensus is reached.

Step 3. We submit the ‘Important Data Collection Statement & Disclaimer’ and a quotation to the clients

Step 4. The quotation and agreement are signed by both parties

​

Step 5. The clients pay 50% of the charge in the quotation as a deposit

​

Step 6. Shooting or Design work commencement

​

Step 7. The clients pay the remaining 30% of the charge in the quotation on the work commencement day

​

Step 8. Post-production start off, then we submit the first cut

​

Step 9. The clients reply and comment on the first cut and certain amendment would be made if necessary

​

Step 10. We submit the final cut to the clients

​

Step 11. The clients pay the last 20% of the charge in the quotation

​

The entire cooperation is completed
