Step 1. Clients could fill in our Quotation Enquiry Form or contact us by phone.

Step 2. The tentative conception of both parties is understood and a consensus is reached.

Step 3. We submit the ‘Important Data Collection Statement & Disclaimer’ to the clients

Step 4. The clients provide clips and any necessary material to us

 

(Situation 1) the post-production is considered to be feasible and a consensus is reached

​

Step 5A. We submit a quotation to the clients

​

Step 6. The quotation and agreement are signed by both parties

​

Step 7. The clients pay 50% of the charge in the quotation as a deposit

​

Step 8. Post-production work commencement

​

Step 9. The clients pay the remaining 30% of the charge in the quotation on the work commencement day

​

Step 10. we submit the first cut

​

Step 11. The clients reply and comment on the first cut and certain amendment would be made if necessary

​

Step 12. We submit the final cut to the clients

​

Step 13. The clients pay the last 20% of the charge in the quotation

The entire cooperation is completed

 

(Situation 2) The post-production is confirmed as unfeasible

​

Step 5B. A termination agreement is issued and signed by both parties to terminate the cooperation
